I have a mint Z 24-70mm f4 in the classifieds - just sayin'

Has anyone sent their Z body back to Nikon for the product recall ? - My Z5II is part of the recall batch so sent off today but concerned about the claimed up to 25 working days turnaround. I use it as a backup body so bit exposed without it. How long has it taken for others to have theirs resolved ?

@addicknchips okay Jonathan, this is a one time offer. What will it cost me to take your wife off your hands….

Has anyone had any issues with their HDMI port?

I bought my Z50 II in June and have been using it to record vids for YouTube and work meetings through the HDMI port. Using both a 1080p capture card and more recently a Lyra 4k camlink.

Everything has been fine until this week when the HDMI port has just stopped outputting a signal.

I have tried different micro-HDMI cables with both my capture cards, tested on both Mac and PC.
I have plugged the camera into two different monitors

The USB webcam functionality still works, as does standard photo taking etc.

I've contacted Jessops who have said I can send it away for repair, maybe 6 to 8 weeks!!!
We do offer a repair service and some repairs are non-chargeable if the item is still in warranty and the fault is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Repairs out of the manufacturers warranty or voided by the manufacturer due to damage outside of the warranty terms and conditions will come at various charges depending on the work required. If the item is outside of the manufactures warranty a £35.00 fee would be applied to send the item for repair.
