opinions improvement edits all welcome im a real newbie at ps.one thing I wanted to do is bring out the red in the bricks but i have no idea how.

any reason why you took these at IS400 ? that and the jpeg compression dont reli do these justice in my view. Like your 2nd last one tho nice angle to it . Anyway im one to be talking will let the people who can actaully take a good pic give you some pointers

I was running out of light thats why these were took around 3-4pm I didn't want to risk getting any camera shake so didn't want to go below 1/100 I only used the microsoft resizer thingy not ps as you can do it batches I guess i'll resize each in ps next time.

I like the shots, i tihnk you chose a really good back ground for the car.
How come the front bumper appears to be purple?

purple?? I can't see it on my screen? if you mean the ones infront of the wall its probally because some street lights nearby had turned on.Also it hasn't been resprayed yet and it won't be as hes selling up soon!

Might just be my pc.

No got it on mine a purple tint in pics 3&4 good pics though i am no expert as i am just getting back into it myself after a lot of years away from the lens but good to be back. but good pics not sure about the rear shot though.

Here's a couple of comments from me.

Picture 1. I personally feel the car should either be at the top or bottom of the picture, not the middle. looks a little lost.

Picture 2. I like the cheekyness of 'Keep Clear' zone although i think the photo would be better with an angle to it, similar to picture 4. The car is also overexposed in this picture.

Picture 3 and 4. I like both of these although I would prefer the angle of picture 4 to be used in Picture 3.

Picture 5. I think a lower angle for the camera would of made the car look alot more aggressive.

These are meant to be helpful so I hope you dont take offence.

Is your friend a Member of SXOC, if so, then Say hi from me. I'm Daz on there.

Also, not too sure if you want anyone editing your photo's so let me know as i'd like to tweak Picture 1.

I think the First one works better. remember these were a rush job so not perfect but should give you the idea.

I like the first one best its good to see a different perspective

its hard to word this without making it a comment on the car rather than the photo, but for me i'm afraid the car spoils the photo! I dont have a problem with the type of car, in fact i like them, but it looks like all the panels are falling off. I look at the photo and i'm just drawn to the shut lines rather than the shot itself.

I love the car if Im honest, it looks like a car that is used rather than one which is polished and stared at every day. Sure makes me miss my old S13, too. Didnt realise there were a few SXOC'ers on here!

As for the pics, I like them. A little de-saturated for the amount of contrast, but I think they work. With a little more editing, they could look fantastic. Definitely a good set though.

its certainly not shy at an estimated 280bhp  puts a smile on my face everytime I ride in it.Yes he does use it not drifting though just fast driving.I'll have to learn more photoshop techniques and see what I can come up with.I shoot whatever is offered to me as I can't drive myself I don't know anyone that owns a ferrari so if you do give me a shout  as they say beggers can't be choosers
