Nissin Di622 vs. Yongnuo YN460 II

Whats the difference between these two flash guns? If I put them on my D90 can I use them wirelessly?

what i do know from my yn460II is that you can trigger it wirelessly as an optical slave, which I'm led to believe doesn't work so well outside, but you can buy radio triggers too.
