Nissin di866 ii with YongNuo rf603c

Hi guys,

I bought a nissin di866 ii along with yongnuo rf 603 and now i cant get the Di866 to fire wirelessly. My dslr is canon 500d. Does anyone know how to get them working?

Please help as i need to use for a photoshoot.

I suspect the di866 will only work in manual or AV mode (brown section) Dont put it in slave or ttl modes. The rf603C is not fully ttl compatible so these restrictions apply. Let us know if it works.
