no photoshop manage option in windows 7 cs3 i think..

I use Windows 7 and this option isn't available, is this normal?
I get the 'same as source' option, 'printer manage colours'

Also -- this image shows 'Proof: n/a'. Mine has something different... it has the name of a profile. U.S. Web Coated or something??

I'm having issues with getting the correct colours when printing and think the issues lie with my settings somewhere........

I'm using Windows 7 with CS5 but under Edit>Colour Settings try
Settings: Europe Prepress 3
RGB: Adobe RGB (1998)

When you set up for printing in the Advanced setting under Colour Management;
tick ICM
tick OFF (No colour adjustment)

In Colour Handling set Photoshop to Manage Colours
In Printer Profile - choose your particular icc printer/paper profile.......which paper are you using and have you downloaded its icc profile for your particular printer??

Not the ICM at the top... currently set to enabled by host (or something). Should this be disabled? disabled still had no effect......
