The girls are going to a ball tonight, asked me to hurriedly take their picture.

Nothing exciting, just increased the contrast a little for a nice colourful picture.

Thought their dresses were nice though

Its a nice pic of some nice ladies

to make it better next time perhaps;

think about the background, It looks a bit like they are escaping from the local prison (with the bars)
Also there eyes look a little bit dark, so maybe some fill in flash.

But for a quick shot, job well done

I do have a black and white version somewhere, I'll try and find it.

That was the only place I could take the photo, a small patio at a terraced house. Fill flash was used too. But they were literally about to jump in the taxi
