i have noise ninja,topaz denoise,neat image, and noiseware pro,
all are good but noise ware and neat image are the best.

Neat Image because it's very good, cheap for what it does and can batch process hundreds of pics at once.

Lightroom 3 NR is touted to be very good. No personal experience but I've heard some good feedback.

It's not bad. I use it for light duty NR, but you see the image soften pretty quickly if you go very far with it. I find for anything more than a minor fix then it's Neat Image for me. Mind you, I don't often find noise to be a problem, even at high ISO, unless I'm doing hefty crops.

I use Neat Image from within Lightroom. It is not tightly integrated, but you can link out from Lightroom into NI, passing a TIFF file with any adjustments so far, such as WB, applied, do your NR stuff and save the TIFF file. Lightroom will then present the noise reduced file for you to continue further work.

I have the standalone version of Imagenomic and paid for the pro edition where you can also batch process aswell as a few extra controls. I also have Lightroom 3 but as much as it may upset some, Imagenomic beats it by quite a way.
