Hi all, I'm Matt from Bolton
Complete noob regarding photography, having previously dealt solely in the world of point & clicks!
I'm into cars (JDM yO...) and am starting to work in making composite parts - carbon & fibreglass. Most pics will therefore be either close up static car and product shots. However I'm also into Motorsport to an extent so this will come into play
I'm looking at getting a Nikon D3200 with the kit lens, and possibly a Sigma 70-300 for capturing track action.
The thought behind going for the D3200 is mainly the multitude of positive reviews online, but the guide function is a big pull as I've no real idea what I'm doing! Lol
What do you guys think of that combo? Suitable for my needs are circumstances and uses? Anything you recon would be a better option?
