Noob Question, Nikon 50mm 1.8

I've never come across this camera, but 50mm lens seem to be a usual choice in a kit for many people. But the one thing I was wondering, is because I have a D60 does it have auto-focus? Or is there no focus ring at all, and it's set in one focus?
 
it won't autofocus on your d60 - you'll have to focus it manually using the focus ring.

OK cheers, I really wish I went for a camera with auto-focusing now :( Although I usually manually focus anyway.
 
it will autofocus all AF-S lenses. The older Nikon lens designs have no motor in the lens, just a screw drive to move focus from a motor in the body. Unfortunatley Nikon didn't put the in body motor on its entry level DSLR's

Aye, I know AF-S lenses auto-focus, but I haven't got much money due to a huge change in plans, and I don't get much money from my current part-time job.
 
What about the 35mm AF-S? Lots cheaper than the 50, and great focal length too.
