Hey everyone. I am fairly new to landscape photography so would appreciate some feedback on my work and ways to improve. These few shots are taken around the north coast of Northern Ireland just before Easter. The weather was quite good but had a few dark skies and some rain as seen in the pictures but think it adds a bit of mood to them. I have only been shooting landscapes for around 6 months but wanting to improve every time i go out. Any comments on the images or technique for the shots would be appreciated. Thanks

Keep doing what you're doing. You seem to have a good eye for a composition. Always remember, the single most important thing that will make or break a landscape, is light.

Thanks for the feedback. I was only away for a few days and just didn't get the light that i wanted. Was at some of the same locations at sunrise/sunset but the colour and light just wasn't there. That's what i love about landscape photography though, i can go back and try again under different conditions. But for the weather and light i had im happy enough with these shots. Thanks

As Craig said, nice composition, my only niggle is that heavy top to the sky in #2.
3 is a cracker, were your feet close to getting wet? :)

Yea it is maybe a tad too dark. There was a very heavy downpour that day and the sky was very dark. Think I had a soft grad in too that maybe pushed it a bit further than it should be.
I got soaked a few shots after the third was taken. It doesn't look like it in the picture but there was around a 15ft swell that day and I was well above the water at first.
