North shields fish quay - out and about

Couldn't find much inspiration today and the weather was a bit hit and miss and very windy as well so no tripod use as close to water and didn't wanna lose my gear lol ;-) all comments and feedback welcome

The pitted wood is an interesting abstract.

an appealing set of images, I particularly like the last one, he bright yellow and the bokeh work well

I'm amazed the old fish docks are still there!

A million years ago, I worked in an office in Clive Street so I knew the docks intimately. I haven't been back for donkey's years.

I love the shots though, particularly the hauser. I am a sucker for texture shots.

Cheers for the comments folks its a cool place to go with a camera (albeit a bit smelly) and sometimes the fishermen look at you as if your walking around with a gun but I try not to let it bother me, I'm in my own little world when I'm out lol. It's pretty versatile too as always different things there to shoot. Might go back early next week for another look around
