Norton on a Netbook?

I have a copy of Norton 360 with 2 licenses left on it. My wife got her new Netbook today (against all advice from me :shake. I've shared the optical drive on my laptop fine, and now plan on installing Norton 360 on the netbook...my question is will Norton 360 work ok on a netbook?

itll probably bog it down to be honest. try something lightweight like avast. or microsofts own security tools....

Personally I would avoid Norton like the plague, I have always found it to be extremely draining on any PC and on a Netbook I fear it might really struggle. :shrug:

However if it does work please let me know!

I'll give it a go.

360 only cost me a tenner with my new laptop. It's not caused too many problems on my new lappy. It's slow on bootup, but the amount of crap that Toshiba load onto their lappies is unreal anyway. I'm also going to put it on my desktop with the final license on the disk.
