This video popped up on my YouTube feed this morning...
It brought back a lot of memories for me as I had to test the Kodak NC2000 for my newspaper.
Luckily my paper managed to avoid this monstrosity as we were shooting Canon, and we somehow managed to bamboozle the management into getting one of the UK's very first Kodak DCS520. Around £10,000 for a 2MP franken-camera - it wasn't much fun on the cutting edge.
But we did get to laugh at our colleagues on our sister paper as they had to endure this old beast (Kodak's Nikon version of the 520, the DCS620, wasn't released until about a year or so later).
Does anybody else remember these early forays into the world of professional digital photography?
