I bought a SDHC stick 8gb from mymemory.com and when it arrived, I then put it in my camera, managed to format it, but low and behold it has got stuck in my camera, I haved to keep usng tweezers to get it back out, but what i cant understand is the card i already have in it, that goes in and springs out no problem.

Anyone else had this problem before, Or can anyone advise on how i get my money back?

I`m deffently not getting it out with tweezers all the time which will damage my camera more. :bang::bang:

sounds very strange, defo don't try pulling it out with tweezers or anything, I managed to trash a 2 week old video camera in this way and they wouldn't cover it under warranty

You can send it back under the faulty goods act.:)

yeah i know, what i have done is I have took it out, N left it out.

Emailed them about it too, But I`m just going to use my 4gb, I guess thats what i get for being greedy with a 8gb haha

Compare the 8 with the 4 and look at the little nick out the plastic just down the edge from the cut off corner. There is possibly a small rag of plastic stopping the release of the card.

Looks like a dodgy card. Return it MyMemory for replacement.

You could send it back. Just have a look see if it has got any ruff edges that are causing it to stick that you could trim or sand to make it fit.

I had an SD card that stuck and it was the corner of the label that caused it to stick..

Lol DIY work on a memory stick lol, Good idea I will have a look over it now
Oooo I love this forum sometimes lol

Honestly I have just had a look at them both together, and I cant really tell what is wrong, They look identical..

variations vary
send it back old chap and relax
