A few shots from the Rolls Royce Enthusiast Rally at Burghley Park Stamford this weekend. Free parking and free admission, some 2000 Rolls and Bentleys expected.

Right, mystery explained, I saw the hose behind and thought it was an air intake system .
You are right that air horn would probably fall foul of a lot of rules on a modern car.

Not sure ANY vintage cars would pass the current SVA (?) regulations - The corners of the radiator surrounds on vintage Rolls Royces are too sharp, let alone all the other sticky out pieces.
