Something different from around Wasdale Head. It was so crowded Saturday we went slightly off the beaten track.

I think the 1st one is great I wasn't expecting that

not too sure on the others
 
Lovely shots really like these an an alternative to the already well captured shots of Yewbarrow, Kirkfell and Gable.

Did you get these shots on the path running along by the NT campsite?

Hi Mike, yes #1 & #2 were taken from the path betweek the NT car park and the campsite and #3 from the path that starts at the Wasdale Head bridge and goes round the back of the Wasdale Head Inn.
 
Thought as much I had to pause for a moment to work out where these may be taken from at first. #1 is defo my favourite.
 
Love that 1st one Donna! Viewpoint is terrific! Good foreground interest leading nicely to the distant peaks!
