Novice warning

Hello, I just bought myself a 600d with the 18-55 and 55-250 IS lenses on Thursday and have no idea how to use them, so expect plenty of questions I'm sure the pleasure will be all mine! Cheers, Michael

Welcome.

Sit down, read the manual and play. Get some basic settings to start with and play with exposure and white balance. Then once you get to understand that, move on to other settings.

I've had an SLR since 1980 and got back into it properly with a DSLR last year.... still very much a beginner. But I've had so much encouragement and inspiration from this forum. You'll get all the help you need here..... along with some cheeky comments too!
