NUJ rates - Urgent

Hi,

Got a phone call from the Yorkshire Evening Post (no idea where they got my number from but still!) asking me to supply some photographs from a Play off game tomorrow.

When I asked them about rates for payment they said that "Standard NUJ rates apply" Now i have never used these so can anyone lend some advice on the fees i should be asking for.

Am a bit confuzzled by the day rate though as never worked on that basis as only ever worked on a price per picture rate or pre arranged deal before.

Would suggest posting in the talk sports forum, but as a guess £20 - £50 per pic published.
