Odd Filter Adaptor Required. Any ideas?

Anybody out there know of a 39mm external thread to 49mm external thread adaptor you can buy.

I want to put a filter kit with a 49mm internal thread on to a 39mm lens filter thread.

Thanks but it’s not a step ring per se. It’s more an adaptor/coupling.

I want external threads on both sides. A step ring has an external & internal thread.

I thought you wanted an adapter to screw onto your lens then be able to screw fiters on to said adapter
