Odds and Sods

First post here. I joined up a while ago and lost the time to get into browsing another forum. I might have missed the maximum number of photos per post in the rules. If so, I'll work things out eventually.


To start, here are some natural subjects that don't particularly match up.

I believe the first two were taken with a Canon 28-135mm on extension tubes. The third and fourth were taken with just the 28-135mm, and the last one was with a 50mm 1.8. I think all were taken with a 400D apart from number four which was with a 50D.

This is my favourite photo of one of my dogs. She's very photogenic and often poses for me. I have an older springer spaniel but to anyone else, the photos of her would just look like some mangy old mutt.

Of all of them no.2 is my favourite. For me it is unfortunate that the spaniel's nose is OOF and a bit too cropped. I would have loved to have seen a portait perspective of that shot. But that's just my opinion.
