I'd like to say something constructive but....:bang:
Edit; Oh and...WOW!
Superb shots with fantastic detail
I can't get over how cute the little critters are! Well done, as always
The first is the best for me. The composition, colour, focus, everything is perfect.
Have you managed to get any of your bug pictures published yet? they must be up there with the best of them
That 3rd one is unbelievable MK. Greats shots.
These are beautiful. You've raised the bar again I think.
Really nice.
The last for me, super detail.
Absolutely superb.
Very sharp shots MK, it looks as though it has just emerged and is still drying.
It's not dieing, it just MK has a split personality - his evil side gets up in the middle of the night to superglue insects to twigs!
That first one is...........well, CAN a photograph be perfect?
I had taken a few pics of the same yellow beasty and was really quite pleased with them, but yours are just so fantastic!
Do you mind me asking what setting you used for the first one. I have a canon 100mm macro lens but haven't captured half of the detail that you have:bang:

You pictures just looks awesome with it!
Josh
wow @ the detail in the eyes in #3
Bit late to the party but WOW, great series, very well done
These are great! I love the colour & detail in the first one.
Absoloutly amazing, how did you get such a defined black background for the first two?
It looks so good!
Brilliant photos!
Excellent stuff Mr Khan.
I'm coming to your house when i pick my 30D and tamron 90mm macro up
Simply stunning shots MK
Simply stunning!
I'm holding you personally responsible for a large dent in my wallet, MK. I thought I'd make do with the macro facility on my Sigma. But I've just sent some cash to Kerso for a Nikon 105 VR.
Save for the 150 Ewan MK has proved that size does matter and that extra 45mm is the difference between good shot and no shot.
nuff sed
Effin' 'ell, MK, these are just fantastic especially numero 1.
Good luck with all your plans.
Any chance of a piccy of the set up, sounds goodThanks. For the background I used a little screen I have made out of black felt and some wire. Due to the light (The tinfoil reflector was throwing light onto the background), the background can come out looking a bit grey, so I had to up the black levels in lightroom to push it to pure black
Only just caught this thread - stunning MK, simply stunning...
Just seen this as well, brilliant stuff
Any chance of a piccy of the set up, sounds good
