right im sure someone has allready asked this question but i have serched the forums and not the answers i need ???

here goes
i want a web site !
must run slide shows on main page and so on
what size do i resize my pics
do i need 2 slide shows one for landscape / and one for portraits
do i pay or use one of the 3 sites
do i have to pay weekly or monthly on yearly ??
im so undecided at the min
just need some advise really
how oftern should i change images !!!!:shrug:

Pay someone to set up a website for you. It may cost a few quid but is money very well spent. Avoid a totally flash website, for obv. reasons.

Web designers will knock you something up to your spec and will save you time and money.

You just want one or need one? Is it just for picture sharing or a business?
This may help people to advise you.

I just use a clikpic one atm for £35 per annum and includes slideshows.

When I was shooting for money I had something a little better with a proofing gallery, and cost £20 per month.

Then there are really nice ones from wordpress etc which cost more, display pictures bigger etc.

It is normally reccommended if you set up as a portrait togger for example, clients won't want to be bombarded with landscapes etc, so seperate sites may need to be considered.
