ok so now im really confused lens or flash???

Link isn't working for me but judging by most club photography, your 18-55 lens will be fine. You need a decent flash gun, preferably Pentax.

Set your ambient light exposure with a longish shutter speed to give the right amount of blur, then balance it with flash. The camera will do it all for you pretty much automatically.

Most club photographers also use a Stofen-type diffuser almost permanently attached.

The Pentax-fit version of the Jessops 360AFD would also do the job, but for a lot less. I think they may have stopped producing the Pentax version now, however used examples turn up in the classifieds here for around the £40 mark.

thanks for your help :)
do u think this flash would be ok for what i want to do?
sorry to keep asking i just no absolutely nothing about flashes

Yes that will be fine. Good gun. There are cheaper third party guns around which will do the job you want, but they probably won't have higher spec features like high speed sync.

I don't know enough about Pentax to be sure about this, but given your generous budget you might want to consider the 540 version. It's obviously got a lot more power and (this is where I'm guessing) I think it might also act as a master controller unit for multiple remote flash, should you want to get into that later.

This is also assuming that neither your camera nor the 360 flash will act as a master unit. I just don't know, you'd need to check.
