Quite a contrast is one way of putting it ;-) Darn ugly is another word, how did they get PP to build this monstrosity - nicely shot though.

I like modern buildings but that one is bloody horrendous to say the least. The paving isn’t far off either.

The picture is great but Birmingham has a penchant for ugly libraries. Prince Charles described the previous one as a concrete shoe box.

Nicely composed,it is an odd looking building though
