I have a photograph of London Road in town from the 1920's I believe. Overlaid with an image from the same viewpoint taken yesterday.

This is a shop on the corner of Hargham Road in town. It's been empty for years now. Used to be a Victoria Wine and then Threshers off licence.

The original mono image is volunteers going off the the 1st World War. They are I believe, marching to the train station.
The colour background is the church today.
