I have come into the possession of this lens and would like more information if any one has it.
I basically know nothing about this lens or what it was used for/with. It came in its own purpose made mahogany box.
If I am correct going by the serial number it puts the lens from 1922?

The body/barrel of the lens is bare metal, unlike other Zeiss Jena Tessar lenses I have seen, is there an outer casing and parts missing?
