Having owned Nikon for a few years and got to know the system well, I am thinking of making my next body the E-3 and never having seen one in the flesh I would like opinions as to whether I would like one as my last body was a D2X or would I end up selling it for another Nikon body, does anyone own one and can give me some pointers and all the good and bad points:thumbs:

:suspect:

First he wants a D3, now an E3, what's next?

An F3? :naughty:

I had one for a while but never used it in anger.

Nice feel, articulated screen, body IS etc, just couldn't get on with the menu system.

WB is supposed to be a bit iffy.

2x crop sensor meant you could cover a huge range but UWA lenses are expensive.

Have a look over in landscape and scenery for pictures by Mark Greenhill.

I know he uses an E3 and he also has a D70 in his kit list.

i have a e-3, use it gripped, it is a very well made camera, Oly lenses are also very good.
Ring around PC world shops, selling old stock off for £700.
