Olympus E500 problem

Hi when I try to take a photo it just restarts and shows the sensor cleaning thing on the LCD and then back to the info screen. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried another lens and battery and it still does it. Amy

Are you able to carry out the following steps..

This opens the service menu, if you follow the website you will be able to see if the camera is giving out any error codes.

Whilst you are at it, also check shutter actuations.
