Olympus em10 with over 310k shutter count

Sorry for asking a stupid question but what would be the typical life for this camera

The em1 is good for 150k and em10 100k
Well that's the expected life as quoted by (I assume) Olympus. To get such an average life means some will likely fail after 20-30k shots, while some will manage 200-300k and more...

So it's beyond expectation, but not a surprising count.

My em1 is at 19217...which is lower than I thought it would be

The e-M10 provokes very few fault threads on the forums : I would call it a reliable camera despite the floating stabilised sensor.
