I just bought 2 legacy Olympus OM lenses off ebay and have been playing around with the lenses. My adapter for my Panasonic GF3 which I bought off ebay has not arrived yet, so I have a question.
This is my first experience with manual aperture controls (Canon 450D was my first experience with SLR, so am not familiar with 35mm stuff).
When I turn the aperture ring, it clicks, but the blades are not coming in. I have to press the aperture lever button to reach the aperture that I have set. I was wondering whether that will mean that I need to hold on to that button every time I want to stop down or whether it's the fact that I don't have the adapter on there yet.
