OM10 Issues

Hi all,

I have just received another OM10 (sort of damaged the last one, but still working fine)

I managed to get the sticky shutter working and replaced the batteries for new, it appears to work fine with the manual adapter but as soon as i use it in auto it only shoots in one set shutter speed regardless of what the metering is saying I'm guessing above 1/100th second.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

also the self timer doesn't work, I checked with my working OM10 and that works fine.
