Spooky  My first thought. Great shot though Don :clap: Would you care to make it a little more interesting to viewers by explaining how you got the shot? We accept hit or miss attempts  or perhaps you put a lot of time and consideration into it.

Well Rich i sit in a Nature Reserve hide sometimes up to 9hrs, really i would`nt have thought this to be of interest to others, plus the day`s and month`s it dont turn up and my 50mile round trip to the reserve is never guaranteed but i alway`s love visiting Far Ings Nature Reserve Barton Lincolnshire have a look at the Reserve here.

Sounds very familiar to me Don, and I'm sure many others on here :)

Well worth it when you get that special shot though ;)

Great capture Don.

I have been after flight/dive shots myself (there are only so many kingy on a stick shots you can take) so I know how hard they can be.
Great timing and patience needed by the bucket load.

Well done(y)

Thanks Don, although I should have explained a bit better. Was that shot just as it left a perch or was it taken whilst flying it`s usual flight path?
Some great shots on your site
