Not sure that the NSFW tag is required for this type of question

What style of photography are you interested in, or is it more camera basics that you are after?

someone posted a link yesterday for a free online comprehensive tutorials from some blokey, but I can't find it today :(

I bought a 'Jumpstart' DVD on using my camera. It's ok saves thumbing the manual whilst you get familiar. There are some photo tips too. Pretty basic stuff, & there's also How to Take Stunning Pictures on channel 5 .

The Open University's course T189 is an online course that could be of help to you.

There are quite a few on-line tutorial sites.

Probably the best known is Mark Cleghorns site :

www.Phototraining4u.co.uk

There are a few freebie videos on there so you can see what you're getting.

Alternatively, there are more specialised sites or DVD suppliers.

I am looking for something that would quickly cover the basics initally as I think I have a fairly good grasp but would like to just make sure of that, but would then cover more technical and creative aspects.
Thanks

Don't need to pay for anything. You can learn it all off YouTube. Free.

Some free training here:

http://photographycourse.net/

Think it covers the basics then goes onto composition, flash and then each subject in turn like portrait, sports, nature photography etc. They might even have a photoshop section?
