nice shot philip, very cute little boy.
but i think i would use a different sheet next time, the holes are very distracting. Also make sure the shirt is pulled down at the back as it looks like his shoulder is a bit high on the left, which im assuming is the shirt riding up behind him.

i would also clone out the shadow on the left of the pic
