Hi,
There was a short break this morning where it actually stopped raining !
As I needed the exercise I set off for a quick walk up to the ffestiniog pumped storage, Stwlan dam.
This is the view across the valley to Llan Ffestiniog and the Trawsfynydd area.
Single shot using Lee ND grad. Hand held.

You've made a really good job of catching the rays at their dramatic best, but there's also great depth to pull us all the way into the photo. Fine shot.

Great shot Rory, you know how to push my buttons with those rays.... just lovely! As said above great depth, you can spend a good while looking into this shot... Like the patchwork of light being thrown onto the land too(y)
 
same as all the other comments. fantastic rays and details on the ground. this is personal preference of course, but i wonder if the shot could be improved if the foreground was cropped out (the bottom inch or so of the photo).
 
Nice rays, but could you tone down the brightness of that river to the right? As soon as I saw the image my eye was drawn to it like a magnet.
