OOO yes, Like that! Lovely composition, colours and contrast.... And thought the sky is a little bland, I think it suits the shot very well indeed. It almost helps draw attention to the midground where the interest is anyway. I like!

Not sure J - the buildings are falling over backwards and the sky is strangely pixelated, some bits of boats are blown and I think it needs a tighter crop top & bottom

I cropped it close like that to start with and thought id get comments of cutting that white ring in half and cutting the front off the red boat.. so left it bigger.
back to to the drawing board with this one then.
