Got a few shots of this guy and he defo only has one leg????

Great shot that, a shame amount his leg. Maybe he is resting it somewhere in his fur, a lot of birds do that.

Probably a victim of a war with another animal but a great shot nontheless.

Stuart are you sure the bird did not have it's leg tucked up under its body, as this is common behaviour when it is cold, even that Kestrel I posted a few days back was doing the same thing.

I am only taking a guess here Stuart but imo if he had lost his limb completley, I would have thought that would have been a serious enough injury to have caused infection and certain death :shrug:
