This is one of my first ever macro shots and i'm very pleased with the results! Was taken handheld at Tropical Wings in Essex.

Would love some C&C so i can try and improve. The other macro shots are on my flickr account if you wanted a peak.

Shooting at f4 has given you a very narrow DOF, next time try f11-f16 to eek out a little more DOF, when shooting macro always try and get the eyes (or a least an eye) in focus.
