I think the police wouldn't just question you - they'd cart you off to the funny farm!
 
Since the software would have to stretch some parts of the image more than others to flatten it, the IQ is going to be variable over the image. Perhaps a useful toy for some areas, estate agents perhaps but not photographically.
 
For producing a 360 for something like an estate agents I doubt the image quality needs to be fantasic and at this price I doubt it is. I'd love to see more Estate Agents using this kind of technology. It's not expensive but will certainly give viewers a much better representation of a property.

As the wife and I are now running an Estate Agency here in France, this would be a good market grabber at the moment :thumbs:
