One Ugly Bird

Taken at Southport flower show this summer.

This is the full frame. Should I have used a different lens to get more of the bird in or does this work?

Yep thats one ugly SOB but A great shot, works well shame about the "blown head", though, Ah well that the way the sunshines, the bugger usually catches me out too

Nice shot of the Rueppells Griffon Vulture? Shame about the top of his head.
Personally I don't think it's *that* ugly. There are lots of far uglier birds around.
