One week in Tel Aviv

Going to Israel - Tel Aviv on the 2nd of June for a week (business I am afraid but will finish work at 18:00) and will have Friday off and leaving Saturday morning. I intend to make the most of my time there. Any one been there, tips etc ...?

I will be taking the following:

Canon 60D
Tamron 70-300 VC
Sigma 17-50
Canon 60 mm
Tripod
Flash,
Sigma CP-L filter
Wireless remote control

Canon T90
Canon 24 mm
Canon 50 mm
Canon 135 mm
Flash
Various 100,200, 400 films
Wired remote control

Various batteries, Ipad mini, laptop, and 2 16G SD cards. Have I missed anything? Have i overloaded myself? USB portable 250GB HDD.

I am thinking of taking a tour on Friday to Jerusalem and Bethlehem or anywhere else for that matter if you know a nice scenic/historic place.

Any tips, advice, security, behaviour, your experience etc.. much appreciated.
