Does anyone here ever make use of online exposure calculators?

For example I find that with the weather we have been getting lately my most common exposure setting has been 1/250s, f/5.6, iso200 but it would be useful to have some sort of online calculator which easily shows the interaction between values for shutter, aperture, iso and exposure value.

After a bit of searching I found this site which seems easy to use, but no doubt there are better ones.

(I seem to remember at one time have a free app (as opposed to online) that does a similar job, but can't remember its name)

If you work in manual after a while you soon get used to working all that out in your head very quickly.
Conditions can change from minute to minute so it is not really practical to refer to the internet all the time.
Given the excellent high ISO capability of the D700 much of the time you can stick it on manual with Auto ISO then just select whatever shutter speed and aperture combination you think is best for the shot and let the camera set the ISO accordingly.

There is no need for an online calculator the system of stops was set up long before the internet existed . So each standard stop (f number) = 1 standard shutter speed = 1 iso jump.
Therefore if you change one you just have to change one of the others the opposite way
1/250s, f/5.6, iso200 = 1/500,f5,6,iso400 = 1/1000, f4, iso400 and so on
