I think this is just a continuation of how camerbox operate.
I was going to buy a camera from them in January but a friend pointed me to a review site where there were loads of reports of people paying for out of stock items and having to fight for refunds.

Sorry to hear they are in trouble, but as always, if buying online make sure you pay be credit card, at least then you'll get your money back.
