I've just installed and had a quick play with it (free upgrade from Plug-In Suite 5).
First impression.... There are a few enhancements to most of the modules such as additional effects in PhotoTools and new frames and textures in PhotoFrame. There are additional and enhanced controls in the modules too which seem to make them all more versatile. I get the impression that everything runs a lot faster too, I can't measure it as the installation automatically uninstalled my old version but it certainly seem to run more smoothly. I'll need to play a bit more to make up my mind properly though.
Perfect Layers will be out in early 2011 (free upgrade again), gives a layered workflow to Lightroom... should be interesting!
