Oops done it again!

After buying the 300mm 2.8 a few months ago I've really settled down with buying gear.
But I did a silly thing in May and hired a Nikon 85mm 1.4 off Stewart. Wellllllllll.... I had a weak moment today and ermm bought one online. It arrives tomorrow!
I am obviously getting better at resisting though because it took me a whole two months before jumping.
So I'm just thinking about how I'm going to tell Linda.

Can't wait to get my hands on it though.

That happened to me too. He must put some mind-bending drug in with the lenses...

Its happened to me with both of my hobbies! Letting it slip in a conversation that I had to "stay in for a parcel delivery" when getting a 50D. Worst though was having to confess that my smart new full suspension mountain bike had to come with its own finance agreement was a tough one!

However, thankfully she laughs about it now though

Have always found though that it might be best to start the subject a few months in advance and then take the plunge and ask forgiveness
