Opinions on this S/H lens please

Im looking to get a Nikon 70-200 VRii and have seen this lens.

Does this seem like a good price for the condition? It lacks a tripod collar, not sure how much it would cost for a replacement.

Does the lens mount look ok, the rubber seal looks a bit odd although it might just be a bad picture....

Make sure that the lens has the tripod/collar foot, wherever you buy from bud.
