Opinions on UWA for Nikon D600

I'm looking at getting an UWA for my D600. Money is tight so ...

I am looking at the following and would value any input from those that have owned and/or used them.

Nikon 16-35mm F4 VR
Tokina AF 16-28mm f/2.8 AT-X Pro FX
Tokina AF 17-35mm f/4 AT-X Pro FX

True, atthe moment Gray's are doing them for £859 which isn't a lot more than the Tokina.

20mm prime (sigma or Nikon) might be worth considering

Its the one i would go for over the Tokina,sometimes they do come up s/h around the £650-750 mark

I'm watching a couple on the bay ... Only reason I'm looking at the Tokinas is I already have their 100mm macro, and it's very nice too (well that and they are a few quid cheaper ).
