Optimum CF card for 1DIV

What would be the optimum CF card for using with my Canon 1D Mk IV?
ie, if I'm shooting fast action, what is the best speed the camera can utilise?, and for clearing the buffer, do i need to look at the write speed of the card?
I've tried to find the info on the web, but can't find the full camera specs!

Buy the best you can then you know if you stop shooting then its not your fault. . I bought the 160mbs cards for my Nikon D4s.

I use a 120mbs card for sport and wildlife with a 1Dmkiv and have never hit the buffer yet.

You can rattle off 79 shots non-stop with a 1000x card (shooting RAW). UDMA6 or 7 makes no difference.
