options please to a nikon d3100

I`ve been looking at getting one of these but have only found one place that has a really good deal but no stock and aren`t sure when they`ll have them in again, so another option would be a canon but do the have something that compares to the 3100 for a similar price , you thoughts please

Got mine from heathrow airport! Very pleased with it! If you know anyone that works at the airport its the cheapest place at £429 with 18-55mm kit lens.
