Sold my Sony a200 and lenses on Ebay to add to my fund for a Canon 500D from Kerso.

Paypal have done their usual kick in the nads by witholding the buyer's payment until she leaves me feedback.

She got the camera today then emails to tell me she wants to check it over the weekend before she leaves me feedback :bang:

I'm not sure if Paypal let the buyer know their payment is on hold until they leave feedback  and I don't want to give her a gentle nudge in case she thinks I flogged her a dead horse (I haven't)

Really frustrating because it looks like I'm gonna be waiting until the end of next week to get my hands on my new toy

Paypal done the same with me, i had proof the item was delivered even confirmation email from the buyer but the buyer was slow on leaving feedback, i rang Paypal and demanded they released the funds as it wasnt their funds to hold on to and that the funds belong to me and not them and after about 10 mins on the phone to them they released the funds.

Worth a try. Good Luck

Just tried that.
Told Paypal I had proof of delivery but they said they couldn't release the funds for me until I get feedback.

Looks like I'll just have to stick it out over the weekend.

This is why I won't sell expensive gear of fleabay anymore.
Paypal are taking the p*** with this new system.

Oh, and the malarky where you have to offer free p+p on cheaper items is also a joke.

Tell me about it.
Sold Guitar Hero Metallica with the wireless guitar last week.
Ebay class it as a game so free P&P even though the box is about the size of a 32" TV :bang:

Hope you like the 500d when you get it. There doesnt seem to be a lot of 500d owners around at the moment Got mine a few weeks ago and not had much time to get out and about with it but still learning with it each time I go out. It would be good to hear what you think of it:thumbs:
